并网运行风电场有功功率控制研究综述 被引量:30

摘要 随着风电场规模的不断增大以及风力发电技术的日益成熟,风电场实现可控运行将逐渐成为大型风电场并网运行的发展趋势。风电场可控运行的关键技术是风电场的有功功率控制,在介绍风电机组有功控制方法的基础上,综述风电场的有功控制策略。根据风电场的频率响应特点,分析风电场的有功-频率控制方面的研究成果,并论述风电场有功控制在提高风电场并网容量、改善电网的运行特性等方面的作用和应用。 With the growing size of a wind farm and the development of wind power technologies, realizing the controlable operation of a large wind farm will be a future trend for a grid-connected wind power system. The key tecnology of the controlable operation for wind farms is active power control. Active power control strategies for wind farms based on the active power control methods for wind turbine generators were summaried. The findings about active power vs. frequency according to the frequency response characteristics of wind farms were analyzied. Applications of the active power control to improve the grid-connected capacity of wind farms and the damping properties of the grid were discussed.
