The fundamental problems for curriculum are the selection of curriculum contents. ＂The content standards＂ are the concrete manifestation in the curriculum standards of curriculum contents after being selected and organized. Clear and scientific ＂content standards＂ have very important significance to Chinese curriculum and teaching. The designing of the content standard of Chinese curriculum standards, and the selection and organization of Chinese curriculum contents should focus on the basic knowledge and abilities of Chinese discipline, and meanwhile should serve for curriculum goals. The scientific statement of ＂the content standards＂ is the important link to present the curriculum contents effectively.
