摘要 目的 探讨程序性细胞死亡4(PDCD4)蛋白在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测43例卵巢上皮癌及21例正常卵巢组织石蜡标本中PDCD4蛋白的表达,观察其与卵巢上皮癌患者临床病理学参数之间的关系.结果 21例正常卵巢组织中PDCD4蛋白均呈高表达,43例卵巢上皮癌组织中PDCD4蛋白呈高表达者占74%(32/43),癌组织中PDCD4蛋白蛋白表达明显低于癌旁组织及正常卵巢组织(P〈0.05);高分化卵巢上皮癌组织中PDCD4蛋白水平显著高于低分化者(P〈0.05);PDCD4蛋白表达与卵巢上皮癌临床分期、组织类型、血清CA125水平及有无淋巴转移无关(P〉0.05).结论 PDCD4蛋白在卵巢上皮癌中多呈低表达,并与其分化程度相关,其在卵巢上皮癌的发生、发展过程中可能起重要作用. Objective To investigate the expression of programmed cell death protein 4 (PDCD4) and in human ovarian cancer its clinicopathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of PDCD4 protein in 43 paraffin embedded specimens of ovarian cancer and 21specimens of normal tissues. Correlations of PDCD4 expression with clinicopathological data were analyzed. Results The expression of PDCD4 was significantly lower in ovarian cancer tissues than that in normal tissues (P〈0.05). Low PDCD4 expression rate in poorly, moderately and well differentiated cancers were 42% (8/19), 21% (3/14) and 0%(0/10), respectively, indicting that down-regulation of PDCD4 expression was associated with histological grade (P〈0.05). There was no relationship of PDCD4 expression with FIGO stage, lymphatic metastasis, serum CA125 and histological classification. Conclusion Expression of PDCD4 protein is down-regulated in human ovarian cancer, which is correlated with histological differentiation of ovarian cancer.
