面向环境友好的县域经济发展模式选择——基于中部县域的实证分析

Selection of Economic Development Patterns of Counties in the Environmentally Friendly Perspective:Evidence on Counties in China's Central Region

我国县域环境数据的缺乏一直是影响县域环境问题研究的重要障碍,特别是在县域经济发展模式的选择问题上,至今仍没有一个很好的解决方法。本文尝试运用间接的方法来分析面向环境友好的县域经济发展模式的选择问题,并基于中部县域进行实证分析。首先,在大量数据的基础上,从新的角度确立县域经济发展模式的划分标准,并进一步划分了中部140个生态县的经济发展模式,然后以其为训练样本,结合县域经济发展模式选择的影响因素和指标构建线性判别函数,以此对其他358个非生态县的发展模式进行分类,判别各个县域应该采取的经济发展模式。该方法能够很好地判别各个县域应该采取的经济发展模式,为解决考虑环境因素的经济发展模式的选择问题提供了一条很好的思路,能够给县域经济发展提供有益的参考。

The lack of the environmental data on counties restraints the research on the county level environ- mental question, especially on the selection of economic development patterns. There is not a good method to solve it, as far as we know. This article attempts to indirectly analyze the selection of economic development patterns in the environmentally friendly perspective and carries out the empirical analysis on the counties in China＇s central re- gion. Firstly, we establish the criterion of distinguishing the economic development patterns from a new perspective and distinguish the current economic development patterns of 140 ecological counties based on a mass of data, which are taken as the training sample. Then we establish the linear discriminant function based on the factors and index influencing the pattern selection to distinguish the economic development patterns of 358 non-ecological coun- ties. The method used in this article can discriminate the economic development patterns of counties well. It is helpful to solve the selection question of economic development pattern of counties considering the environment.
