摘要
实验控制系统采用"三取二"表决结构,三台ControlLogix控制器之间的同步状况决定了控制指令输出的精度。采用生产者/消费者模式能够提高系统的同步性能,同时周期性任务的使用保证了生产者控制器的走时精度。实验结果表明,三台ControlLogix系统的指令输出同步误差小于1ms。
The control system use a 2/3 voting framework.The instruction's precision is decided by synchronization ststus of three controllogix PLC.Produced/Consumed mode can improve synchronization capability of controllogix system,and periodicity task ensure the time precision of produced PLC.The result indicate that time synchronization error of three controllogix systems less than 1 ms.
