摘要
介绍了一种基于红外光谱原理的瓦斯传感器的设计方法。运用了分子辐射吸收理论来检测瓦斯的红外技术。以STC12C5410AD单片机为核心,利用红外热释电探测器将光信号转换为电信号,通过放大电路将微弱信号放大、滤波、A/D转换、单片机进行数据处理,最终实现瓦斯浓度显示及浓度超标时进行声光报警等功能。
This paper introduces a method based on the principle of infrared spectrum gas sensor design method.Using the theory of radiation absorption based on molecular gas detection infrared technology.In STC12C5410AD microcontroller as the core,Using the infrared pyroelectric detector will light signals are converted to electrical signals,through the amplifier circuit will be weak signal,filter,A /D transformation,carries on the data processing chip.Finally realized that the higher concentration of gas concentration,and when the acousto-optic alarm function.
