几种虫草菌发酵提取物的抗菌抗肿瘤活性研究

Antimicrobial and antitumor activities of fermentative extracts from several Cordyceps strains

对4种虫草菌进行液体发酵培养,以乙酸乙酯萃取获得粗提物,采用双层打孔法和体外细胞毒MTT法分别测试其抗菌和抗肿瘤活性。结果表明,深红虫草的发酵提取物兼具有较高的抗菌和抗肿瘤活性,对指示菌大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿色木霉和黑曲霉均表现出较强的抑制作用,对中枢神经系统癌细胞SF-268的抑制率达97.8%。高活性虫草菌在食品防腐剂和功能食品的研发方面具有开发潜力。

4 Cordyceps strains were cultivated by liquid fermentation.The cultures were extracted by ethyl acetate to get the crude extracts, and the antimierobial and antitumor activities of these crude extracts were examined by double drilling method and MTT method respectively.The results showed that the crude extracts from C.cardina/is had higher antimicrobial and antitumor activities, and strong inhibitory effects on all indicative strains Escherichia coil, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Trichoderma viride, Aspergiflus niger and on the human cancer line SF-268 （central nervous system,CNS） with inhibition ratio 97.8%.It suggested that Cordyceps strains with high biological activities could be used to develop preservatives and functional foods, which had development and utilization potential.
