一株青霉素钠降解菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of a penicillin-degrading bacterial strain

从自制的面肥中分离到一株降解青霉素钠的菌株WM1,它能够在以青霉素钠为唯一碳源的无机培养基上生长,采用PCR扩增获得该菌16S rDNA片段,核苷酸序列分析结果表明,该菌株16S rDNA的核苷酸序列与霍氏肠杆菌同源性为97%。

A strain of WM1 that can grow with penicillin as the sole source of carbon,was isolated from the selfmade leaven.The sequence analysis of a 1500 bp 16S rDNA fragment amplified from total DNA of WM1 strain by PCR showed that WM1 shared 97% 16S rDNA sequence homology with typical Enterobacter hormaechei strain.
