摘要
优化了四道口海白虾过敏蛋白的纯化方法。结果表明:传统的虾脱脂方法一般采用丙酮法,但丙酮法脱脂时间长、脱脂不彻底。本实验采用石油醚脱脂,可大幅度缩短脱脂时间,且脱脂效果良好;四道口海白虾过敏蛋白最佳的硫酸铵盐析浓度为30%;脱脂、盐析后的虾蛋白冻干粉经葡聚糖凝胶G-100分离后,可得到电泳纯的虾过敏蛋白。
In this paper,the purification method of a four-sea-crossing carinicauda allergic protein was optimized. The results showed that traditional defatted method of shrimp degreasing was using acetone. However, it had a long time, defatted effect was not completely.In this study,the defatted method by petroleum ether can significantly reduce the defatted time and skim well.The optimal concentration of ammonium sulfate salting-out to four sea crossing carinicauda allergic protein was 30%.The freeze-dried powder of shrimp protein was skimmed salted- out.Later,the shrimp can be pure electrophoresis protein allergy by Sephadex G-100 separation.
