气体二氧化氯对鲜枣表面青霉菌的杀灭效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 考察用气体二氧化氯处理已接种青霉菌(Penicillium notatum)鲜枣的杀菌效果,通过单因素和正交旋转组合实验,研究了气体二氧化氯浓度(X_1)、杀菌时间(X_2)、杀菌温度(X_3)三种因素对青霉菌杀菌率(Y)的影响,并建立了青霉杀菌率对三因素的函数模型。从函数模型可看出,三因素对青霉菌杀菌率的影响大小依次为气体二氧化氯浓度>杀菌时间>杀菌温度。 The efficacy of sterilization against Chinese jujube surfaces inoculated Penicillium notatum spores with chlorine dioxide gas were studied in this paper.The single factor and quadratic orthogonal rotation design with three factors were used to study the effects of chlorine dioxide gas concentration (X1), bactericidal time (X2)and bactericidal temperature( X3 )solutions on the storage of Chinese jujube,and the function model of sterilizing rate of Chinese jujube versus three factors (the three solutions) was established.The analysis on this model showed that the effect order of the three factors was as follows: concentration of chlorine dioxide gas 〉 bactericidal time 〉 bactericidal temperature.
