摘要
建立了竹节参中多糖的含量测定方法,采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法(DNS法),测定竹节参中的还原糖和总糖的含量,并计算出总多糖的含量。得出以葡萄糖为对照品,线性范围为80～320μg/mL(r=0.999 6),加样回收率为97.42%～103.00%;竹节参中总多糖含量9.66～10.86mg/g。该方法灵敏、稳定、重复性好,有助于竹节参质量控制方法的研究。
A method for the quantitative determination of Panax japonicus polysaccharides was established. Polysaccharides content was determined by DNS method.The absorptions of processed samples were tested at the wavelength of 490nm, Contrast to glucose,the linear range was 80-320μg/mL（ r = 0.9996） ,the average recovery was 97.42%-103.00%, RSD = 4.75%, n = 6.The polysaccharides measured in 3 batches of samples were 9.66 10.86mg/g.The method was sensitive, steady with good repeatability, it was help to the quality control of Panax japonicus polysaccharides.
