摘要
建立了一种同时测定鱼肉中磺胺类和四环素类药物多残留的基质固相分散-高效液相色谱检测方法。待测化合物采用C_(18)柱分离,以3%草酸缓冲溶液-甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.80mL/min,二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长265nm。实验结果表明:磺胺类药物平均加标回收率73.8%~93.8%,相对标准偏差在2.8%~9.2%之间;四环素类药物平均加标回收率79.1%~91.1%,相对标准偏差在3.5%~8.7%。
The matrix solid phase dispersion and high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the simultaneous determination of sulfonamides and tetracyclines residues in fish muscles. In the method, the mobile phase was 3% oxalic acid buffer solution-methanol with using gradient elution,flow rate was 0.80mL/min, photodiode array detector,the detecting wavelength was 265nm.The results showed that the average recovery of sulfonamides was between 7.8% and 93.8%, relative standard deviation ranged from 2.8% to 9.2% ;the average of tetracyclines was 79.1%-91.1%, relative standard deviation was 3.5%-8.7%.
