补脾疏肝活血化瘀法治疗老年胃溃疡疗效及对白介素水平的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨补脾疏肝活血化瘀法治疗老年胃溃疡患者疗效及对血清白介素(IL-1、IL-2)水平的影响。方法:92例患者随机分为对照组(西药组)和观察组(补脾疏肝活血化瘀法组)各46例,对治疗效果和治疗前后血清IL-1、IL-2水平进行检测分析并进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者血清IL-1水平明显低于对照组,IL-2水平明显高于对照组,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补脾疏肝活血化瘀法治疗老年胃溃疡效果较好。
