提升全球工程教育研究能力(AGCEER):建立研究与实践、政策和工业的关联 被引量:3

摘要 【背景】我们的报告源于欧洲工程教育杂志和美国工程教育杂志联合倡导的提升全球工程教育研究能力(AGCEER)的活动。确切地说,我们呈现给各位的研究结果,来自2007年7月至2008年12月间举行的一系列国际工程教育会议,期间参会者提出并讨论了工程教育研究的现状和未来趋势。【目的(假设)】AGCEER会议参加者如何描述:(1)工程教育研究和教育实践、政策思考、工业之间的关系;(2)重要的利益相关者、机制/战略,以及建立研究与实践、政策和工业关联所面临的挑战。【设计/方法】主题词分析法被用于分类和解读十场涉及六大洲、300位参会者的AGCEER会议的文本数据,包括会议记录和笔记等。一个开放的编码程序被用于捕获每次会议中有关研究与实践、政策和工业关联的话题。【结果】我们发现,AGCEER与会者经常讨论工程教育研究需要与工程教学实践相联系,并对此有广泛共识。关于建立研究与政策及工业联系的讨论仍在起步阶段,却开始受到关注。【结论】我们提出一个循环模式,可望更好地构想工程教育研究如何能够跨越区域和全球的背景,战略性地与实践、专业和工业相联系。
