大学生创业信念的影响因素与提升策略 被引量:17

Influencing Factors and Promoting Strategies of the Undergraduates′ Entrepreneurial Belief

摘要 本文以浙江省4所高校的521名大学生为调查对象,通过问卷分析影响大学生创业信念的因素。研究结果表明:创业社会资源、创业先前知识和创业机警性影响大学生创业信念;创业机警性是创业社会资源和创业先前知识影响创业信念的中介变量;大学生创业信念存在性别和年级差异。当前我国高校应更有针对性地根据性别和年级差异开展创业教育,提高大学生创业机警性,关注创业教育支持系统建设。 With 521 undergraduates of 4 universities in Zhejiang province as subjects,the study adopted questionnaire to discuss the influencing factors on undergraduates' entrepreneurial belief.The results show that the entrepreneurial social resources and prior knowledge of entrepreneurship,together with entrepreneurial alertness influence entrepreneurial beliefs.The entrepreneurial alertness is the mediator variable in the social resources and prior knowledge affecting the entrepreneurial belief.Different sex and grade also affect undergraduates′ entrepreneurial belief.Based on the results,the entrepreneur education in higher education institutes should improve the entrepreneurial belief of undergraduates and construct the support system of entrepreneur education with great importance attached to the sex and grade difference.
