“三重融合”模式下校企合作机制探索

An Exploration into the College-Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism Under the Model of "Triple Convergence"

校企合作、工学结合是高职院校办学的重点与难点。本文探讨行业型高职院校如何在融合行业办学、融合企业育人、融合生产教学的"三重融合"的办学模式下,通过行业、企业、学校三层次产学合作,建立五方面的校企合作机制和校内改革体系,为工学结合创造良好的条件,形成此类高职院校校企合作的特色。

Cooperation between university and enterprises and combination of learning and working are important and difficult in vocational colleges.This paper attempts to explore under the model of ＂triple convergence＂,namely the integration of industry and running school,the integration of business and educating people and the integration of production and teaching,how industrial vocational colleges can build the college-enterprise cooperation mechanism in five aspects and college reform system to create favorable conditions for combining learning with working and form the characteristics of industrial vocational college-enterprise cooperation by means of the three-level cooperation of industry-enterprise-college.
