摘要
通过问卷调查,运用计量经济学手段对社会工作人员英语学习观念、态度、动机、方法和策略进行了深入分析,初步揭示了该群体英语自主学习的特点和规律,并根据这些特点反思了高校英语教学改革,提出了一些相应的策略。
The paper analyzes the English learning concept,attitude,motivation,methods,and strategies of social work members by employing questionnaires and econometric methods.The results indicate the characteristics and rules of autonomous English learning for social work members.Several strategies are proposed for the reform of college English teaching based on this research.
