摘要 涡旋中心位置误差的补偿能显著提高涡旋体型线加工精度。基于圆柱度精密测量平台开发了涡旋体型线误差快速测量系统,首先通过精密测量头快速扫描内、外圈型线得到径向误差,然后采用混合粒子群算法优化径向误差序列,优化后得到了涡旋体加工的旋转角度误差、涡旋中心坐标位置误差。实验结果表明:混合粒子群算法能快速得到最优化涡旋中心误差,快速测量系统测量时间为180s,涡旋型线测量精度和三坐标测量机相当。快速测量系统能满足加工现场的测量空间和测量环境的要求,从而实现涡旋体加工误差的在线补偿。 The machining precision of the scroll profile can be improved by compensation of the scroll centre position error. A rapid measurement system is developed based on the precision measurement system of roundness. Firstly, the inside and outside scroll profiles are scanned rapidly by a ruby ball and the radial error of scroll profile is got. Finally, the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm (HPSO) is employed. Measurement data of scroll radial error is optimized. The machining rotation angle error and scroll centre position error are got after optimization. The experiment results demonstrate that the best -fit scroll centre error can be got by HPSO; the measurement time is 180 seconds; the measurement precision of scroll profile is the same as those of the coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). The developed rapid measurement system can meet the in - field requirement of measuring room and condition. So the machining error of the scroll profile can be compensated infield.
