摘要
本文确立了森林土壤中米满残留量高效液相色谱分析方法。土壤样品用丙酮提取,正己烷萃取,弗罗里硅土柱净化,用二极管阵列式(diode-aray)紫外检测器进行检测。色谱柱为RP-8,流动相为乙腈、二氧杂环己烷和水。方法平均回收率为87%~94%,最低检出浓度为0.004~0.014mg/kg。
A method was developed to determine tebufenozide in some forest soil. The procedure included solvent extraction, column clean up and liquid chromatographic determination. Tebufenozide was analyzed by a liquid chromatography equipped with a diode-array UV detector set at 236nm, using an RP-8,10μm column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-dioxane-water. Mean recoveries for analyse ranged from 87% to 94%,with coefficient of variation from 5% to 9%. Limits of detection were 0.004~0.014mg/kg.
