摘要
为实现电压闪变的低成本、高智能化、高准确度测量,基于虚拟仪器技术提出并研制了一种硬件结构简单的电压闪变测量仪,介绍了仪器的平方检测法电压闪变测量原理和仪器的基本构成,详细论述了基于LabVIEW开发平台的仪器软件设计方法,给出了仪器主框图程序和信号采集、有效值计算、闪变视感度计算、闪变值计算等主要子框图程序。检验与实际运行表明,仪器的闪变测量准确度符合国家标准《GB12326-2008电能质量:电压波动和闪变》的规定,具有操作方便、测量可靠、界面友好等优点。
To realize low-cost, high-intelligence and high-accuracy measurement of voltage flicker, based on virtual instrument technology, a voltage flicker measuring instrument with simple hardware structure is developed. Principle of square detecting method to measure voltage flicker and structure of instrument are introduced. Based on the LabVIEW, the software design methods of developing platform are discussed in detail. Main block diagram procedure of the instrument and subroutine block diagram procedures such as signal sampling, root-mean-square value calculation, flicker sense degree calculation, flicker value calculation are presented. Examination and practical operation show that this instrument can perform voltage flicker measurement with an accuracy meeting the requirements of national standard ' GB 12326-2008 power quality: voltage fluctuation and flicker', it is convenient to operate and reliable to measure.
