摘要
为提高企业对市场的敏捷反应能力及市场竞争力,给出了可重组制造系统的重布局规划流程。根据产品的生产工艺,基于现有布局及各个设备的加工状态对设备进行分阶段优化布局,综合考虑物料搬运成本、设备重置成本以及生产损失成本建立了数学优化模型。以最小化系统重布局成本为目标,应用动态规划算法实现了基于设备能力的可重组布局规划。实例验证了该布局规划的可行性和有效性。
To improve enterprise's market-response ability and competitiveness,the reconfigurable plant layout flow of a reconfigurable manufacturing system was proposed.According to machining process of products,equipment layout was optimized gradually based on current layout and equipment machining state.Mathematic model was presented with considering materiel transport cost,equipment reset cost and production loss cost.Its objective was to minimize cost of reconfigurable plant,and realize reconfigurable plant layout based on equipment capability using dynamic programming algorithm.An application example validates the efficiency and feasibility of the above method.
