摘要
调查了紫苏的生物学特性,确定了紫苏籽油提取工艺;紫苏油浸出质量分数为35%~44%之间.经气相色谱分析,紫苏籽油含17种氨基酸,氨基酸含量既丰富又平衡,不饱和脂肪酸质量分数高达92%,尤其是α亚麻酸高达68%.理论研究表明,紫苏从叶到根均可利用,是一种具有较高开发价值的植物.
Biololgy character of Perilla frutescens was investigated and its extraction technology was made.The mass fraction of impregnation rate is between 35% and 44%. Perilla frutescens seeds oil contains 17 aminoacid.Mass fraction of unsaturated fatty acid reach to 92%,especially α flax acid 68% using gas chromatograph.The theory indicated that Perilla frutescens from leaves to roots can be developed.
