摘要
实验以Na2WO4为钨源直接合成W-SBA-15介孔分子筛,并以XRD、BET对W-SBA-15的结构进行了分析。以质量分数30%的H2O2为氧化剂,丙酮为溶剂,对介孔分子筛W-SBA-15催化环氧化苯乙烯反应进行了研究。其较佳工艺条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间8 h,催化剂用量为原料的10.0%(质量分数),n(苯乙烯):n(丙酮):n(H2O2)=1∶2∶2,苯乙烯的转化率可达34.25%,环氧苯乙烷的选择性为36.54%,环氧苯乙烷的收率为12.51%(质量分数)。
Tungsten-containing mesoporous molecular sieves W-SBA-15 were synthesized under co ventional hydrothermal conditions in strong acidic solution using Na2WO4 as tungsten source. The molecular sieves were characterized by XRD, BET. The results showed that with the tungsten loaded on SBA-15, it possess characteristic peaks of mesoporous molecular sieve. To 30% (concentration) H202 as oxidant and acetone as the solvent, obtained W-SBA-15 catalytic epoxidation of Styrene to Styrene oxide preferable conditions: the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, the reaction time is 8 h, the amount of catalyst for the raw material is 10.0% (concentration), n(Styrene) : n(Acetone) : n(Hydro- gen peroxide)= 1 : 2 : 2, the fractional conversion of Styrene is up to 34.25% (concentration), the selectivity of Styrene oxide is up to 36. 54% (concentration), the yield of Styrene oxide is up to 12.51% (concentration).
