SiC_p/Mg-Zn-Zr复合材料的制备及其阻尼性能

摘要 采用搅拌铸造法制备SiC颗粒增强Mg-Zn-Zr复合材料,并分析了Mg-Zn-Zr复合材料的压缩强度和内耗与SiC粒度的关系.结果表明:加入粒度10μm的SiC颗粒,可使基体合金的压缩强度增加;SiC粒度为20μm的复合材料阻尼性能优于SiC粒度为10和50μm的复合材料. SiC particulate reinforced Mg-Zn-Zr composites were prepared by stir casting.The relationship of the compressive strength and the damping capacities of SiCp/Mg-Zn-Zr composites to the size of SiC particles was investigated.The results show that the compressive strength of the magnesium matrix composites can be improved when the SiC particles with an average size of 10 μm are added.The damping capacities of the composites with an average SiC particles size of 20 μm are better than those of the other composites.
