针刺结合超激光穴位照射治疗神经根型颈椎病30例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Super-laser Acupoint Irradiation for Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy:A Report of 30 Cases

目的:观察针刺结合超激光穴位照射治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为2组各30例,治疗组采用针刺结合超激光穴位照射治疗,对照组单纯给予针刺治疗。每天治疗1次,10次为1疗程,疗程间休息2天,2疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前日本骨科学会(JOA)评分比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗1疗程后,2组JOA评分与治疗前比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2疗程结束后,2组JOA评分与第1疗程结束后比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);2组间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合超激光穴位照射治疗神经根型颈椎病能够改善患者的颈部症状、体征及功能情况。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with super-laser acupoint irradiation for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). Methods: Sixty CSR patients were equally randomized into 2 groups: the treatment group received acupuncture combined with super-laser acupoint irradiation, and the control group received acupuncture alone, once a day. Ten times constituted one treatment course, two-day break between the treatment course. After two treatment courses, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups (P<0.05). The difference of Japanese Orthopedics Association (JOA) score was insignificant between the two group before treatment (P>0.05). After one treatment course, JOA score in both groups differed from that before treatment (P<0.01), and was much improved in the treatment group as compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). After two treatment courses, JOA score in both groups differed from that after one course (P<0.01), and was much improved in the treatment group as compared with that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with super-laser acupoint irradiation is effective on relieving cervical symptoms and signs, and improving cervical function for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
