补阳还五汤改善心梗后心室重构大鼠左室功能的研究

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Improving Left Ventricular Function in Rats with Ventricular Remodeling After Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨补阳还五汤对心梗后心室重构大鼠左室功能的影响。方法:采用冠脉结扎法制备大鼠心室重构模型,并给予补阳还五汤治疗,分别于第14、90天通过彩色多普勒超声心动图检测左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVDs)、左室舒张末期左室后壁厚度(LVPWd)、左室收缩末期左室后壁厚度(LVPWs)、射血分数(EF)、短轴缩短率(FS)。结果:与模型组比较,补阳还五汤组大鼠的左室功能可显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤能显著改善心梗后心室重构大鼠的左室功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BHD) on improving left ventricular function in rats with ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction. Methods: Ventricular remodeling rat models were established by ligation of coronary arteries, and then the rats were treated with BHD. On the 14th and 90th day, the left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVDd),left ventricular end systolic dimension (LVDs), left ventricular end diastolic posterior wall thickness (LVPWd), left ventricular end systolic posterior wall thickness (LVPWs), ejection fraction (EF) and shortening fraction (FS) rate were detected with Doppler echocardiography. Results: Compared with the model group, the left ventricular function was markedly improved in BHD group (P<0.01). Conclusion: BHD exerts certain effect on improving left ventricular function in rats with ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction.
