摘要 心理资本是组织行为学研究中的新概念,文章对心理资本研究的最新进展进行了综述:心理资本的概念及组成;心理资本的研究进展;存在的问题;未来研究的展望。文章认为日后研究应着力于与人本主义心理学的融合、开展跨文化因素的影响研究、拓展心理资本的研究领域和发展心理资本的研究技术。
