摘要 研究探讨在鹅日粮中用木薯替代玉米作能量饲料的可行性。在能量饲料玉米为61%的日粮中,用木薯分别替代玉米的35%、55%和75%构成日粮;此外,把日粮中能量饲料降至45%并用木薯全部代替玉米、或用等量的木薯和稻谷共同代替玉米以及用14%木薯、14%稻谷和17%玉米共同组成能量饲料构成日粮进行2个饲养试验、2个消化试验和2个屠宰试验。结果表明:试验1中用木薯代替玉米的35%~75%组成的日粮饲喂试鹅时,对试鹅的日粮养分消化、生长性能、屠宰性能和血液生理指标均没有明显影响;试验2中用木薯全部替代玉米时,日粮的养分消化率,试鹅的生长性能和饲料转化效率等均显著下降;然而,当用等量木薯和稻谷共同代替玉米或者用14%木薯、14%稻谷和17%玉米共同组成能量饲料构成的日粮饲喂时,对试鹅的日粮养分消化、生长性能、屠宰性能和血液生化指标均没有显著影响。由此可见,在鹅的日粮中使用适当比例的木薯或者用木薯与其它能量饲料如稻谷和玉米等组成日粮的能量饲料是可行的。 The purpose of this paper was to study the possibility of using cassava meal as the energy feed in goose diets.Diets in the trials was composed by the ways of ① Cassava meal was used to replace the ratios of 35%,55% and 75% of corn in diets respectively when the corn accounted for 61% in them,and ② All the corn in diet was replaced by cassava meal or the same amount of cassava meal and rice,and all the corn was replaced by 14% of cassava meal,14% of rice and 17% of corn when the diets contained 45% of corn and other ingredients in them.2 feeding trials,2 digestion trials and 2 slaughter trials were conducted with geese consumed these diets.Results from these trials showed that no significant difference was found from nutrients digestibility of diets,growth performance,slaughter traits and serum parameters of geese when they were fed control diet and diets with 35%,55% and 75% of cassava in place of corn in trial 1.However,the growth performance,feed conversion rate and digestibility of most nutrients were reduced significantly when all the corn was replaced by cassava meal in the diet.When the diet contained 45% of corn and all the corn in the diet was replaced by same amount of cassava meal and rice,or 14% of cassava meal,14% of rice and 17% of corn in trial 2,the nutrients digestibility in diets,growth performance,slaughter traits and serum parameters of geese were similar to those of geese fed control diet.Therefore,it was feasible when corn in diet was replaced by a suitable ratio of cassava meal or other energy feeds,such as rice.
