假单胞菌菌株CS3降解烟碱的特性与动力学模型 被引量:3

摘要 采用液体培养法研究了假单胞菌(Pseduomonas sp.)菌株CS3降解烟碱的特性和动力学模型。结果表明,该菌株降解烟碱的最适条件为:接种量5%,温度30℃,pH值7.0。在最适条件下,在烟碱浓度为1000 mg/L的培养基中,24 h内的降解率为98.6%。在最适降解条件下,获得了菌株生长和烟碱降解的动力学模型。 The characteristics and kinetic model of nicotine degradation by Psedomonas sp.strain CS3 were studied with liquid culture method.The results showed that the optimal condition of nicotine degradation by strain CS3 was inoculum amount 5%,temperature 30 ℃ and pH 7.0.Under the optimal condition,the rate of nicotine degradation reached 98.6% within 24 hours when the initial concentration of nicotine was 1000 mg/L in medium,and the kinetic model of cell growth and nicotine degradation was also obtained at the optimal condition.
