摘要
简要介绍了PROFIBUS使用过程中常见的两类故障:物理故障和逻辑故障的故障现象、解决方法和预防措施。物理故障包括线路、网络插头、电磁干扰、通信端口、中继器和DP/PA耦合器引起的故障,逻辑故障包括硬件组态故障和通讯故障功能块配置故障。
The symptoms, treatments and preventive measures of two categories of common faults, physical and logical faults, occurred in PROFIBUS were described. The physical fault is mainly caused by wirings, network plugs, electromagnetic interference, communication-line terminals, repeaters and DP/PA coupler, while logical faults include hardware configuration fault and imeompatible function block responsible for dealing with communication failure.
