Effect of Ni^(2+) on SBR Wastewater Treatment System

摘要 针对Ni2+对活性污泥的影响问题,以SBR活性污泥系统为对象,研究了不同浓度Ni2+对污水处理系统的长期影响。结果表明,Ni2+对SBR系统的影响随其浓度的增大而增强。当Ni2+浓度为10 mg/L时,Ni2+对SBR去除有机物和氨氮的抑制在试验前期不显著,后期则十分明显,SBR对COD和NH4+-N的去除率分别下降了19.8%和55.6%;当Ni2+浓度分别为20和40mg/L时,Ni2+对活性污泥的抑制作用明显,对COD和NH4+-N去除率的最大降幅分别为23.4%、68.0%和34.0%、75.3%。对比Ni2+对SBR去除COD和NH4+-N的抑制率发现,相同浓度的Ni2+对SBR去除NH4+-N的抑制明显高于SBR去除COD的,表明硝化菌对Ni2+的敏感性大于降解COD的菌种。 To investigate the effect of Ni^2+ on the activity of activated sludge, SBR system was employed to treat synthetic wastewater with different Ni^2+ concentrations. The results show that the effect of Ni^2+ on activated sludge activity increases when the concentration of added Ni^2+ increases. Ni^2+ of 10 mg/L exerts little effect on SBR in earlier experiment, but the effect increases in later experiment, and the removal rates of COD and NH4^+ -N are reduced by 19.8% and 55. 6% respectively. When Ni^2+ concentrations are increased to 20 mg/L and 40 mg/L, the inhibition of Ni^2+ on SBR is significant, the removal rates of COD are reduced by 23.4% and 34.0% , and those of NH4^+ - N are reduced by 68.0% and 75.3% respectively. Under the same Ni^2+ concentration, the inhibition on NH4^+ -N removal is stronger than that on COD removal, indicating that the sensibility of nitrifiers to Ni^2+ is higher than that of bacteria for degrading COD.
