摘要
采用CSTR反应器对低C/N值模拟废水短程硝化的启动过程及影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,在进水NH4^+-N和COD分别为210和300mg/L的条件下,控制进水pH值为7.8~8.2、温度为(30±0.5)℃、DO为1.0~1.5mg/L、HRT=1.25d,2个月即可成功启动短程硝化,亚硝态氮积累率可达99%以上,对氨氮的去除率稳定在95%以上。DO、污泥龄、氨氮负荷及pH是影响短程硝化稳定运行的主要因素。
The start-up and influence factors of shortcut nitrification CSTR were studied using synthetic wastewater at low C/N ratio. The results show that when controlling the influent pH at 7.8 to 8.2, temperature at (30 ± 0.5) ℃ , DO concentration at 1.0 to 1.5 mg/L and HRT at 1.25 d, the shortcut nitrification reactor is successfully started up within two months with the influent ammonia nitrogen at 210 mg/L and COD at 300 mg/L. The accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen is above 99%, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is above 95%. The DO concentration, sludge age, ammonia nitrogen load and pH are the main influence factors of stabilization of shortcut nitrification.
