关于油茶产业发展的思考

Some Issue and Consideration of Development of Camellia Oleifera Industry

发展油茶产业对于保证我国食用油供给安全、保护生态环境、增加农民收入等具有重要战略意义。当前我国油茶产业发展存在生产技术落后、开发投资缺失、经营体制不顺等问题，使油茶产业发展受到影响。在分析了油茶产业发展的背景、现状、问题的基础上，从技术进步、投入机制优化、林权制度改革、宏观调控等方面提出了油茶产业发展对策建议。

Camellia oleifera is the special woody oil plants in our country. With the enlargement contradiction between demand and supply, the industry of camellia oleifera emerge as the times require. It has strategic signifi- cance in ensuring supply security of edible oil, protecting ecological environment, increasing peasants＇ income that developing camellia oleifera industry. However, its development is influenced by the status of lagging in techniques of production, lack of investment, and short of management system. Hereby, it is analyzed that context, status and problems of camellia industry in this paper. It is put forward some suggestion in promoting technical progress, optimizing input system, innovating forestry rights, strengthening macro-control to improving this in- dustry and the forestry economy to develop and strengthen.
