There is no consensus target on the emission reduction in The Copenhagen Conference; however, to strengthen environmental protection and promote sustainable development has become a general consensus. As supporters of environmental protection, financial capital becomes more and more important. Green finance has been become the focus of enterprises, governments and international organizations. At present, China is in the critical period of economic restructuring and the optimization of the industrial structure. It could provide a good reference that we have a comprehensive understanding of green financial and analysis the differences in green financial practice at home and abroad.
