基于太平洋塑料垃圾带的经济损失分析研究

Empirical Analysis about the Pacific Plastic Garbage Zone

近年来,塑料垃圾的触角已经从陆地伸向海洋,并已在美国西海岸上形成了一个得克萨斯州面积大小、以塑料为主的"海洋垃圾带",被称为"太平洋大垃圾带"。文章从生物影响和补偿值两个子模块展开,着重对太平洋垃圾带所带来的经济损失进行多模块分析。在分析结论的基础上提出治理建议,以促进海洋垃圾的治理,改善海洋环境。

Theses years, plastic garbage has stretched its tentacles to oceans, forming an ＂Ocean Garbage Patch＂ （having similar area to Texas） along the West Coast of the US, called the Pacific Garbage Zone. This paper sets up multi-module analysis, spreading in two sub-modules. On this basis, gives proposals according to the conclusions, with the wish to make a better marine environment.
