Putting forward some constructive suggestions about how to guarantee the nomal operation of various equipments in modern buildings under the conditions of minimal energy consumption and lowest maintenance cost including strengthening equipment management, increasing personnel quality, making proper operation of equipment and perfecting management system for the purpose of increasing investment benefit of fixed assets.
