Technological Regimes,R&D Effort and Innovation Performance:An Empirical Study Based on China's Manufacture Industry

摘要区别于传统的"结构—创新"分析框架,本文主要从行业技术发展特征的角度,分析技术体制对技术创新的影响。利用中国制造业的数据,本文的研究结果表明,技术体制的各个维度不仅显著地影响了企业的研发努力,而且也在一定程度上决定着创新绩效。本研究还发现盈利水平也影响研发努力程度;我国企业间的竞争主要还是非创新竞争;与港澳台资本相比,外商资本的知识溢出效益更明显。 Different from the Structure-Innovation framework,this paper analyzes technological regimes＇ effects on innovation from the perspective of the traits in industrial technology development.By the research on the data of China＇s manufacture industry,it finds that technological regimes not only affect RD effort,but also determine the innovation performance.It also finds that profitability affects RD effort,competition between Chinese enterprises mainly bases on non-innovation,and FDI has a stronger effect on knowledge spillover.
