环渤海地区科技人力资源与区域经济发展的关联关系研究

Correlation Study on Human Resources in Science and Technology and Regional Economy in the Bohai Rim Area

科技人力资源是劳动力队伍中有技术且高效率的组分。环渤海地区科技人力资源具有全国性比较优势,但其集聚程度与经济发展的联动趋势不显著,与劳动生产率的关联不明显,其集聚并未带来劳均资本同样快速的集聚,只在产业分布上与产业结构呈现一定的正相关。环渤海地区科技人力资源对区域经济发展的促进作用需进一步发挥。

Science and technology human resource（ST human resource）describes the labor force of skilled and highly efficient component.The Bohai Rim Area has a nationwide comparative advantage in ST human resource.However,through the correlation study on resource status and level of economic development,labor productivity,industrial structure,capital accumulation,we can find： the trend of synchronous interaction between the concentration of resource and economic development is not significant;the relationship of resource density and labor productivity is not obvious;the concentration level of resource doesn＇t lead to the same rapid accumulation of capital.Only in the industrial structure,comparative advantage of resource in industry categories is positive correlate with the corresponding industry advantage.ST human resource should play a more important role in the economic development of the Bohai Rim Area.
