摘要
本文以生物制药产业为背景,选择安进、基因泰克等四家美国领先的生物制药公司为研究对象,通过分析这些企业的发展历程,总结归纳了"独立-借助传统大型企业"、"独立-合作发展"及"‘纽带-核心’渐进式发展"等的三条典型发展路径,并分析了不同企业选择不同发展路径的原因,进而针对不同的企业类型得出对我国生物技术企业发展路径选择的启示。
Under the background of biotechnology pharmaceutical industries,the paper chooses four American biotechnology pharmaceutical enterprises such as Amgen and Genentech as the research objects.Through analyzing the development course of these enterprises,we conclude three typical development paths that are self-development by means of traditional large-scale enterprises,self-integrated development and ＂tie-core＂ incremental development.Meanwhile,we analyze the reasons why different enterprise choose different paths.At last,revelations for China biotechnology enterprises choose development path was put forward based on above study aimed at different enterprise types.
