Due to its effective function in one's mental development music is an important part of the elementary and secondary education in the developed countries in the west.Together with languages and mathematics, music learning forms the core curriculum of the early education.In China,as the economy moves forward rapidly, the function of music and music learning is being thought through,understood,and developed.In the current environment of test-driven educational system music and music learning can and should be a positive influence in theory and in practice.
