摘要
为掌握铝合金厚板淬火残余应力演变规律,运用FEA软件仿真、X-ray表面应力和层削法应力测试实验,提出在残余应力测试中应用仿真-实验综合方法。经过实验分析证明:1)可弥补单一测试方法的局限,使各测试方法相互检验、验证。2)可获得较为准确的淬火应力仿真模型,实现对整个厚板应力场的有效分析。3)具有应力预测的功能,FEM应力预测与实验结果吻合较好,淬火应力平均偏差<10%。
Combined with FEA software,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and layer removal method,a comprehensive method of simulation-experiment was proposed for residual stress measurement in quenched aluminum alloy thick plates.Analysis of the results proved that the comprehensive method could compensate the shortcoming of a single method,and satisfy the validation and examination among methods on the stress-field of thick plate.It could be used to establish an effective FEM of residual stress in quenched plate,in which stress field of the whole plate can be obtained.And this method is also able to accurately predict the stress in plate,since the stress resulted by FEM match with experimental results and the average deviation of quenching stress is less than 10%.
