多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌Ⅰ类整合酶基因研究

摘要 目的探讨临床分离的多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌(MRPA)耐药性和Ⅰ类整合酶基因存在状况。方法对68株MRPA,用K—B纸片扩散法和微量稀释法测定16种抗菌药物的敏感性。用PCR检测intⅠ1基因。结果 68株MRPA(耐三类抗菌药物的菌株)对16种抗菌药物的耐药率在14.7%~100%之间。68株intI 1基因均阳性。结论我院分离出68株MRPA全部携带intI 1基因。 Objective: To explore resistance of clinical isolates of multi-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa(MRPA) and existence of integrase-Ⅰgene.Methods: The sensitivity of 68 strains of MRPA to 16 antimicrobial agents were detected by K-B disk diffusion and trace dilution methods,and the integrase-Ⅰgene was detected by PCR.Results: The resistance rates of 68 MRPA(which are resistant to three types of antimicrobials) to the 16 antimicrobials range from 14.7% to 100%.And the integrase-Ⅰgene is positive in all the 68 strains of MRPA.Conclusion: The 68 strains of MRPA isolated from our hospital all carry integrase.
