热休克蛋白60在胃癌中的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系

Study about the correlation of the expression of heat shock protein60 and the biological behavior in gastric carcinoma

目的研究热休克蛋白60(HSP60)在胃癌组织中的表达及与胃癌生物学行为关系。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测48例胃癌组织中热休克蛋白60的表达。结果胃癌组织中HSP 60蛋白表达阳性率分别为81.3%;HSP60表达与肿瘤分化程度和Ki-67增殖指数有关;结论 HSP60与胃癌生物学行为有关,在胃癌的发生和发展中起重要作用,可能与胃癌预后有关。

Objective： To investigate the correlation of the expression of HSP60 and the biological behavior in gastric carcinoma.Methods： Immunohistochemical technique SABC method was used to detect the expression of HSP60 in 48 cases of gastric carcinoma）.Results： The positive rate of HSP60 was 81.3% in gastric carcinoma.The expression of HSP60 in cancer specimen significantly was correlated with the degree of differentiation and PI（P0.05）.Conclusion： The expression of HSP60 is correlated with the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma,which may play an important role in the genesis and progress of gastric carcinoma and be associated with the prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
