Raypex 5根尖定位仪测定乳牙根管工作长度准确性的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Raypex 5根尖定位仪测定乳牙根管工作长度的准确性。方法将90颗离体乳牙(共144个根管)根据有无根尖吸收分为甲组(牙根无吸收,70个根管)及乙组(牙根有吸收,74个根管)。将两组牙齿放置于测量槽中,用Raypex 5测量根管工作长度,与肉眼下测量的根管实际工作长度进行比较。结果 Raypex 5根尖定位仪测量甲组的准确率为95.7%,测量乙组的准确率为91.9%,两组准确率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用Raypex 5根尖定位仪能有效测量乳牙工作长度。 Objective: To evaluate the accuracy of Raypex 5 electronic apex locator in determining the working length of primary teeth.Methods: Ninty sound extracted primary teeth(144 total root canals,including 74 canals with visible resorption and 70 canals without) were selected.The teeth were embedded in an alginate model and electronic length were determined with Raypex 5 apex locator.Root canal lengths were measured visually to judge the accuracy of electronic reading.Results: The accuracy of Raypex 5 electronic apex locator in measuring the working length of primary teeth was 95.7% in group A and 91.9% in group B(P0.05).Conclusion: Raypex 5 is useful in determining the working length in primary teeth.
