摘要
目的初步研究高葡萄糖钳夹技术的建立。方法应用高葡萄糖钳夹技术对12例正常人进行方法学的研究,评估胰岛β细胞功能。结果 (1)正常受试者在高糖钳夹开始后14 min内达到高糖目标值,并维持此水平至试验结束。(2)钳夹过程中血糖变异系数为4.6%。(3)观察到胰岛素双相分泌状态,1Ph为(256±17.89)mU/L,2Ph为(90.52±7.1)mU/L,最大Ins分泌量为(116.27±11.34)mU/L。结论成功建立了高葡萄糖钳夹技术。
Objective : To initially study the establishment of hyperglycemic clamp technique. Methods : Hyperglycemic clamp technique was carried on 12 normal glucose tolerance to assess the function of islet β-cell. Results : ( 1 ) The normal subjects reached the hyperglycemic target in 14 minutes and maintained the level during the whole experiment. (2) The vafiance coefficient of plasma glucose variation was 4. 6% during the course of clamp. ( 3 ) Two-phases insulin secretion was observed during the process of hyperglycemic clamp, 1Ph was (256 ± 17. 89) mU/L, 2Ph was (90. 52 ± 7.1 ) mU/L, the largest amount of Insulin secretion was (116. 27 ±11.34) mU/L. Conclusion: The hyperglycemic clamp technique is successfully established.
