手足口病患儿检测血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α含量的临床意义

The clinical significance of serum levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α in HFMD children

目的探讨手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)患儿外周血IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的浓度水平,及其在HFMD发病机制中的作用。方法用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定17例HFMD患儿及同期17例健康体检儿童血清IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的含量。结果 HFMD患儿血清IL-6和TNF-α水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),IL-10水平与健康对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 IL-6和TNF-α参与了手足口病发病的病理生理过程,可以作为HFMD临床诊断的检测指标。

Objective ： To evaluate the concentrations of peripheral blood interleukin （IL）-6, IL-10, tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α in the serum hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） children and their effects on the pathogenesis of HFMD. Methods： The serum levels of IL-6, IL-10,TNF-α in 17 cases of HFMD children and 17 cases of healthy controls were measured by ELISA methods. Results： The serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α in HFMD patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The serum levels of IL-10 in HFMD patients and healthy controls had no significant change（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： IL-6, TNF-α might participate in the pathogenesis of HFMD. The serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α can be the criteria for clinical diagnosis in HFMD patients.
