基于订单农业下贸易信贷的国内外对比及经验启示

订单农业是农户通过与农业企业在产前签署订单合同,把销售在产前完成,引导农民按市场需求来进行生产,减少盲目性,是现代农业产销经营的主要生产模式。通过与发达国家的比较,在中国,基于订单农业下的贸易信贷在产生及发展历程、参与的主体、贸易双方利益关系等方面有着自身的特点和不足,本文通过对国内外订单农业中贸易信贷开展的比较,提炼出国外发达国家可借鉴的成功经验,并为我国未来订单农业贸易健康发展提供启示。

Contract-farming is that farmers sign the contract with agricultural enterprises and finish the sales in antenatal in order to guide peasants to finish by market demand for production,reducing blindness.It＇s the main mode of production of modern agriculture.Through the comparison with the developed countries,the trade credit of contract-farming in china has its own advantages and shortages in invention and development history,major part,trade relationships between both sides.This paper based on the development of trade credit of contract-farming at home and abroad extracts the successful experience from the developed countries and provide some enlightenment to the healthy development of contract-farming.
