跨国公司在华研发的原因、影响及对策探析

20世纪90年代以来,跨国公司对华投资的重要动向就是在华设立研发机构。针对这一现象,本文分析了跨国公司在华设立研发机构的原因、特点。指出了跨国公司研发机构在华产生的各种影响,最后针对跨国公司在华研发产生的机遇和挑战提出了建议。

Since the 90s of the 20th century,an im portant trend of transnational companies＇ investmen is setting up institutions for development research in China.In response to this phenomenon,this paper analyzed the causes and characteristics for transna tional companies to establish R D institutions in China.This paper also pointed out a variety of effects that the transnational R D institutions produced in China.Finally,this paper proposed some suggestions to opportunities and challenges by the transnational companies＇ R D institutions in China.
