The Private Equity Fund is a type of innovative investment instruments which used for equity investment of non-listed companies.Private equity market is an important component of global capital markets,but private equity funds in China is still under the primary stage of development,there are many problems and obstacles.The current economic situation and the capital environment have brought new opportunities and challenges for private equity funds.
