摘要
养老金管理体制的基金化之路是在各国实践中探索出来的,我国养老金管理也同样走上了基金化的进程。基于国外养老金管理的实践,本文对我国养老金的基金化进程进行了分析,提出了相关问题与建议,供参考。
Pension funds management system of the road is in practice,China is also on the process of the pension funds management.Based on the practice of management of foreign pensions,this paper discusses the process of pension funds in China,puts forward relevant problems and suggestions,for reference.
